At ShowLoom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email at returns@showloom.com or directly apply for return in My Profile > Orders > Product > Return / Exchange to inform us about your request for return or exchange.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative, and include the original tags and any accessories that came with the item(s).
- We have a partnered pickup courier partner which will be pickup from customer address to our hub using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging.
- We will then process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
Important Notes:
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and accessories.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the item(s).
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item(s). If the requested item(s) is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
