To sell on ShowLoom, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid government-issued PAN Card, GST Certificate, and current bank account details with a cancelled cheque. You must also have a brand name and a NOC Certificate for your brand
You must only list and sell products that are legal and do not violate any laws or regulations. All product images must be either model images or taken by a professional photographer. You must provide a minimum of three high-resolution images of each product and accurate and complete information about your products, including descriptions and prices. You must fulfil orders in a timely and professional manner and respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
There are no applicable charges or commissions for selling products on
our platform. No RTO charges will apply to the sellers (TnC Applicable). You
will receive payment for selling a product 5 business days after delivery.
Advertisement charges will apply to sellers only. The price of the product will
be different from the product given by the seller, but the seller has to put
the price of payout inclusive of GST.
You must accept returns and issue refunds by the platform's return
policy. You must provide accurate and complete information about your return
policy, process refunds promptly and professionally, and ensure that your
products are returned in the same condition as they were sold. You must provide
a clear and concise return policy to customers before purchase and respond
promptly to customer inquiries related to returns and refunds.
You must follow the RTO charges terms and conditions for products
damaged, wrong size, wrong colour, or missing items.
Sellers are responsible for shipping and delivering their products to customers in a timely and professional manner. They must ensure that their products are packaged securely and shipped according to the shipping guidelines provided by the platform.
Sellers must provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the shipping carrier, tracking number, and estimated delivery date. They must also notify customers promptly if there are any delays or issues with shipping.
The platform is not responsible for any shipping or delivery issues that arise due to the actions or omissions of the seller, including but not limited to incorrect shipping information, delays in shipping, or damage or loss of products during shipping.
You must not engage in any activities that violate the platform's policies or applicable laws and regulations. These activities include, but are not limited to:
You must not attempt to create multiple accounts to circumvent any
policies or restrictions. You must not use any automated tools or software to
manipulate the platform or engage in any activities that may harm the platform
or its users.
The platform may update the seller policy from time to time, and if it
makes any changes, it will notify sellers by posting the updated policy on the platform.
Sellers are required to review and comply with the updated policy.
You must comply with applicable data privacy laws and regulations and
protect the personal and confidential information of the platform and its users.
You must not use or disclose any such information for any purposes other than
fulfilling your obligations under this seller policy.
You must respect the intellectual property rights of others and not
infringe upon any such rights. You must not list or sell any products that
infringe upon the trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual
property rights of others.
If a dispute arises between you and a customer or another seller, the parties must first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties may submit the dispute to the platform for resolution.
This seller policy shall be governed by and construed by the laws
Customers may leave reviews and ratings for sellers based on their experience with the seller's products and services. Sellers are encouraged to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure positive reviews and ratings.
The platform reserves the right to remove or modify any reviews or ratings that violate its policies or are deemed to be fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate.
Sellers may dispute reviews or ratings that they believe to be
inaccurate or unfair. The platform will review and consider such disputes on a
case-by-case basis and may take appropriate action if necessary.
The platform takes intellectual property infringement claims very seriously and will take appropriate action if it receives a claim that a seller's product infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
If a seller receives a notice of infringement or is otherwise made aware of a claim of infringement related to their products, they must immediately remove the infringing product from the platform and take steps to resolve the claim.
If a seller repeatedly receives infringement claims or engages in other activities that violate intellectual property rights, the platform may terminate their account and take other appropriate actions.
The platform may update the seller policy from time to time to reflect
changes in its policies, regulations, or business practices. Sellers will be
notified of any changes to the policy and are responsible for reviewing and
complying with the updated policy.

By agreeing to sell on the platform, sellers agree to comply with this
seller policy and all other applicable policies and guidelines of the platform.
The platform reserves the right to take any actions necessary to enforce this
policy and protect the interests of its users.
